What personal information we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.
Who we are
[Company name] LLC, doing business as Little Wonders runs this website. Contact us at hi@heylittlewonders.com about anything in this policy.
What we collect
When you book or send an inquiry: your name, email address, phone number, the address of your event, the date, the number and rough age of children, and any notes you add.
When you pay us directly (cash, check or bank transfer): we record the amount, date and method. We do not take card payments on this website.
When you accept our agreement: the date and time, the version of the documents you accepted, and your IP address, as a record that you agreed.
When you visit: basic, cookie-free usage and performance statistics (see the Cookie notice). We do not use advertising trackers.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your booking, take payment, send confirmations, reminders and receipts, answer questions, keep financial records, keep our equipment and customers safe, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to market to you unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the site, only for that purpose: Resend (email), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly analytics).
Our delivery crew sees the event address, date and contact number for your booking.
We may share information if the law requires it or to protect safety.
How long we keep it
We keep booking, payment and agreement records for 7 years for tax and legal reasons, then delete or anonymize them. Inquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months.
Children
This site is for adults booking on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hi@heylittlewonders.com. We will say if we have to keep something for legal reasons.
Security and changes
Our site uses HTTPS and access to customer records is limited to the owner. No system is perfectly secure. We will update this policy when things change and show the date at the top.
