Safety rules
Version 2026-10-v1 · Updated October 2026
Draft: this document has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before we start taking bookings.
The rules everyone at your event needs to follow so play stays safe.
Please read and share these with every adult at your event
An adult must supervise at all times. Children must be watched by a parent or carer for the whole time they play. Our sets have no attendants.
Ages 0 to 5 only. The equipment is built for children aged 0 to 5. Older children and adults must not climb, jump or play on it.
Check the space before we arrive. You need flat, clear ground with room for the set plus about 3 feet all round. Remove sharp objects, hot items and anything that could fall. Keep pets away.
Keep within the numbers. Do not exceed the number of children listed for each set, and keep play gentle: no running or rough play on or around the equipment.
Shoes off, nothing sharp. Children play in socks or bare feet. No shoes, hard toys, glasses, jewelry or food and drink on the equipment.
Weather. Our sets handle light rain. We do not cancel for drizzle, and neither should you. Stop play and tell us if there is lightning, high wind, or standing water.
Do not move or alter the set. Do not move, fold, repair or alter the equipment. Contact us if anything looks damaged or unsafe and stop play until we say it is safe.
Report any injury. Tell us about any accident or injury as soon as you can, and give first aid as needed. Call 911 in an emergency.
