Terms of service

This website is run by [Company name] LLC, doing business as Little Wonders. By using it or booking through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book.

You must be at least 18 to book. Please give accurate details and keep your booking reference safe.

The date picker shows availability as a guide. Sending a request does not book anything and does not hold a date. A booking exists only once we confirm it to you in writing, and your date is held from that point. We may decline a request, for example if the date has been taken or the venue is outside our area.

We need at least 48 hours' notice and take bookings up to 12 months ahead. We hire full days. For half days or a place outside our delivery area, send us an inquiry.

Delivery is included within 25 miles of ZIP code 60538. We may refuse or cancel a booking if the venue is unsafe or cannot be reached.

Prices on the website are estimates in US dollars. The final price is the one in your written booking confirmation. Later days of a multi-day hire are discounted as shown when you choose your dates.

We do not take payment on this website. When we confirm your booking we tell you the deposit, the date the balance is due and how to pay. Your date is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.

14 or more days before your event: full refund of everything you have paid.

7 to 13 days before: your 10% deposit is kept; anything else you have paid is refunded.

Fewer than 7 days before: no refund, as the set is held for you and cannot be re-let.

Our sets handle light rain. We do not cancel for drizzle, and neither should you.

If we judge conditions unsafe (storms, lightning, high wind, flooding or standing water), we will contact you and you can choose a free reschedule or a full refund.

If you choose to cancel for weather we have not called unsafe, the normal cancellation terms apply.

If we cancel for any other reason, such as equipment failure or illness, you get a full refund.

Every hire is subject to our rental agreement and waiver and our safety rules, which you accept when you book.

We take reasonable care to supply safe, clean equipment. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for events outside our control such as severe weather. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own negligence where the law does not allow it to be excluded.

We may update these terms. The version you agreed to when you booked applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
